With a limited budget, it was not possible to prepare a large scale advertising campaign, so we have choosen to build a tailor made e-newsletter in Chinese, send to affluent Chinese travelers, with specific discount for Chinese guests, and a VIP welcome at the hotel (with Chinese staff).
The result
After 3 monthes, and incredible success for this hotel, and a very good reputation among Chinese business people that loved the quality of the welcome (Chinese speaking staff, Chinese food available…)
